Use to effectively clean and sanitise granita / slushie machines.
Independently proven to kill common food pathogens.

We recommend sanitising your slushie machine each time it is pulled down for cleaning, especially if you are running a dairy based product!

500g Jar.
Dosage is 10g/L of water.

    Bleaching / Cleaning agent

    Carbonic acid, disodium salt, compound with hydrogen peroxide (2:3)

    Chlorine-free powder formulated to clean, sanitise.

    Sodium percarbonate 2Na2CO3·3H2O2 (85 – 100 %)
    Sodium carbonate Na2CO3 ( 5 – 10 %)
    Sodium chloride NaCl (0 – 5 %)

    Directions:

    Disassemble machine components and rinse well.
    To make sanitiser solution mix 10g of powder per 1 Litre of water.
    Soak machine components for 10 minutes in solution.
    Rinse everything thoroughly with fresh water after
