Passionfruit Daiquiri:

A mouth-watering cocktail, bursting with the sweet and tangy flavour of passionfruit. Mix this one with White Rum.

Cocktail mix supplied in 2L bottles, 4:1 syrup concentrate.

Blender mixing instructions (single serve):

1 shot (30ml) of Slushie mix, 1 shot of Spirits at 37.5% alc/vol, 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth! Enjoy in a nice glass…maybe with a straw.

Mixing for commercial slushy machine (each barrel / tub):

2 litres of syrup, 1 litre of spirits, 7 litres of water: for a total of 10 litres.
