Peach Bellini:

A piquant Peach cocktail. Mix with Vodka or Champagne or sparkling wine.

Syrup supplied in 2L bottles, 4:1 syrup concentrate.

Blender mixing instructions (single serve):

1 shot (30ml) of Slushie mix, 1 shot of Spirits at 37.5% alc/vol, 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth! Enjoy in a nice glass…maybe with a straw.

Mixing for commercial slushy machine (each barrel / tub):

2 litres of syrup, 1 litre of spirit, 7 litres of water: for a total of 10 litres.
or 2L of Cocktail Mix, 5x750mL Sparkling Wine at 11.0% ABV and 4.3L – 4.7L of water (4.1% – 3.9% ABV)
