Strawberry Lime Caipiroska:

A delectable cocktail that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tanginess of lime. This results in a bright and fruity aroma, the strawberries being the first thing you notice, followed by the tangy lime notes. The taste is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, with the strawberries and lime working together to create a refreshing and well-rounded flavour. This one is perfect to mix with vodka.

Cocktail mix supplied in 2L bottles, 4:1 syrup concentrate.

Blender mixing instructions (single serve):

1 shot (30ml) of Slushie mix, 1 shot of Spirits at 37.5% alc/vol, 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth! Enjoy in a nice glass…maybe with a straw.

Mixing for commercial slushy machine (each barrel / tub):

2 litres of syrup, 1 litre of spirits, 7 litres of water: for a total of 10 litres.
