Watermelon Mai Tai:

A delicious refreshing cocktail that combines the sweet and juicy taste of watermelon with the tangy and fruity flavours of pineapple, lime, and cranberry. This cocktail is perfect for any summer gathering and is sure to be a hit among your friends and family. Cocktail mix supplied in 2L bottles, 4:1 syrup concentrate.

Blender mixing instructions (single serve):

1 shot (30ml) of Slushie mix, 1 shot of Spirits at 37.5% alc/vol, 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth! Enjoy in a nice glass…maybe with a straw.

Mixing for commercial slushy machine (each barrel / tub):

2 litres of syrup, 1 litre of spirits, 7 litres of water: for a total of 10 litres.
